ARIA II Search System
This web site and its active components comprise a system for the easy, secure, managed access of county clerks OR Index and Document Data. This Engine provides users a customizable system with numerous data retrieval points and a paperless work environment. (all reports can be printed) System Management includes Customer Order Management with Reports, Real-Time Billing, and User Account Management.

OR Index Data
Opera's continuously expanding database of county clerks OR Index Records is now at 17. These records consistently contain the parties names, instruments, date, cfn, or book+page and a county supplied description. (some counties are better at this last one than others)

OR Documents
Opera's near total coverage of Florida's county clerks or OR Document Images delivered in Adobe .PDF format is now at 43. Users can save their documents and searches locally.

OR Index Custom Reports
Custom reports based on our existing OR Index Data are also available upon programming agreement.

Our Services

Opera Performed Searches
Opera also offers, Opera performed searches on a contract basis @ $65.00/hr with a 1 Hour Minimum. Normal Search Charges also apply.We will do searches for you without any sign-up fees or taking of a contract, as long as the work is at least 20 hours will not exceed 80 hours.

Custom Data Delivery
We will also create custom subset of our index databases, we however will not redistribute whole counties nor provide regular updates.
