Index Data and Document Data
Our display of County Data is as the counties represent it while behind the screens we Standardize Record formats. We enhance and extract available search information to optimize the ARIA II Search System. All the index data in our system is Name, OR and /or CFN based.

Opera has some of the most recent data available. We update Daily and as often as our data resources will allow. Most of our Indexes are from 1-5 days behind the county. Most our Documents range from 2 to 8 weeks behind the county.

Our Document images are mostly at 150+ dpi matching or better than most other suppliers. We have 43 counties available and a great depth of history that's also better than most other document suppliers.

ARIA II Search System
The ARIA II Search System is an integrated Clerk's Official Records Search Engine and Clerks Documents Retrieval System with PLATs. The engine combines the above Standardized Data and a Customer Customizable, Paperless Work Environment into one of the best search systems available today. Though there are many other features we will try to keep the Major Features List brief.

1. Fast, Easy To Use, Highly Integrated Single Site Interface for all Counties.
   (with order number and county centric defaults, the single system interface helps you get on with your work and not your additional training.)
2. Customer Definable Search Engine and System Defaults.
   (allows policy based defaults to stream line search entry, speed searches and provide for re useable custom searches. ex. o&e's, judgment, property.)

   (allows the user to view and re-view all work done with no additional charges for up to 200 days.)

   (administrators have full system control, while users have just search and retrieval capabilities., this can allow for sick employees, telecommuting, remote office and closing office access.)
9. PDF Standardized Document Delivery System with Free to RE-View Feature.
   (all documents are delivered in standard PDF format which can be both saved and printed, re-viewing documents within the user defined time period incur no additional charges.)
