Future Projects:

This is the wish list area, both probable and possible. Its broken into 3 areas:

1. Coming Index and Document Database Projections. Importing index data, and writing associated programming, can take as little as few weeks or several months depending on the data. Dates for County Index Databases are only rough estimates. Documents however are supplied to us through a wholesale supplier and we have no warning, but we already have 43 counties.

2. Next Project Goals. These are possible projects either in the works or likely to be, and they are usually 90%+ implemented.

3. Future Project Goals. Goals here are more general, may may take multiple steps and some time to achieve! (more like an ideas area may be less than 50% implementation here)

5. Enhanced User Level Security Options.
6. On-Line Automated Month-End Billing Report Generation (Mandatory).
7. On-Line automated Nightly Admin Report Options.
8. Printable Search Notes in Search Header, Per OR/CFN Line and in Summary Report.
9. Email Based Error Reporting System to allow us better tracking and handling of web interface, index search, billing or document based problems. Includes Email based Response System Too.
10. Fix up and Continued use of our in house Data Repair and Entry System.
011. Enhance Current Web Error Recovery For Recording Error Data.
12. Reload Index Search Screen Feature. allows user pre fill and modify any index search screen from a existing Search Report.
13. Automated Opera News System.
14. Reconnection to and Monitoring of Running Searches. Allows user to reconnect and cancel long running or incorrectly entered searches.

Future Project Goals - 2006+
1. Tax and/or Appraisers Records System to allow address entry points and display of available data.
2. Upload System allowing the customer to print on their own forms.
3. Forum Like Chat to allow quick easy access to the customer for better support.
4. Systems features to complete an entire O&E System.
5. Policy Storage System.
6. Web Based Image Storage System.
7. Automated Billing sent to your Email.
8. Become our customers One Stop Data Kiosk.
