Notes:
1.
Systems Administrators / Master Users
should use the "Users" maintenance and assign User
Codes and Passwords to keep their Master Passwords secret. Passwords
Should be 8 characters long and contain at least 1 number, but
there are no specific rules we enforce. Administrators / Master
Users are encouraged not to use their Master accounts for daily
use, but assign a user code and password for their own daily
use.
2. Please, use Customer Data
and verify this data to be accurate, as our system bills to
this address. Please look at the settings in System
Settings and change any desire defaults. Please
take note how the sections of "System Settings" match
up the the sections on each of the search screens.
3. Reserved User Codes Administrator
(NT), Root (Unix/Linux), Admin (Novel), Master (ODS) are All
Reserved User Codes for the same "Master"
user in your System Settings. Entering any of these or leaving
the "User Code" blank during logon requires your "Customer
Master Password", and will log you on as the Master/Admin
User. Please Don't leave browsers logged on to the "Master/Admin"
Account. Remember you are liable for any use of your account
after signup.
